Evelyn Dunbar
Evelyn Dunbar, born in Berkshire, England on the 18 of December 1906, died on the 12th of May 1960. She was a war artists and was officially employed during the WWII by the War Artists Advisory Committee and was the only woman there. Her art focused on women ´participation in society especially during the war time. Her paintings are currently held by famous museums such as The Imperial War Museum, Manchester Art Gallery and Oxford Brookes University museum.
